São Paulo, Brazil – September 2026 — Solis, a global provider of solar and energy storage solutions, has secured INMETRO registration for three configurations in its EverCore battery energy storage system (BESS) portfolio for the Brazilian market: EverCore-100 kWh, EverCore-120 kWh and EverCore-261 kWh. The registration strengthens Solis' portfolio of locally registered energy storage solutions and enhances the company's ability to serve Brazil's growing commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage market.

Advancing Local Market Readiness in Brazil

Brazil is entering an important stage in the development of its energy storage market, as the country expands renewable energy generation and explores battery storage to improve power system flexibility, reliability and renewable energy integration.

In August 2026, Brazil's Energy Research Office (EPE) reported that 6,091 projects totaling 296.8 GW of power capacity had been registered for the country's 2026 capacity reserve auctions focused on energy storage. The scale of participation highlights growing interest in battery-based energy storage and the emerging role of storage in Brazil's evolving electricity market.

Against this backdrop, local regulatory compliance is becoming increasingly important for technology providers and project developers. The applicable INMETRO conformity and registration framework covers relevant photovoltaic and energy equipment, including batteries, under Brazil’s regulatory requirements.

The three EverCore configurations—EverCore-100kWh, EverCore-120kWh and EverCore-261kWh—completed the applicable regulatory process, with registration granted on July 9, 2026, under registration numbers 008323/2026, 008325/2026 and 008326/2026, respectively.

“Regulatory compliance is essential to building long-term confidence among customers and partners” said Lei, Brazil Country Manager at Solis. “The INMETRO registration for EverCore strengthens our ability to provide locally registered energy storage solutions for commercial and industrial customers and supports the broader adoption of battery storage across Brazil.”

EverCore Designed for Commercial and Industrial Energy Storage

The EverCore portfolio is designed to address a range of commercial and industrial energy storage requirements. Based on lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery technology, EverCore supports applications including:

● Solar-plus-storage

● Energy cost management

● Backup power

● Renewable energy integration

● Commercial and industrial energy flexibility

By storing electricity and enabling businesses to optimize when energy is generated, stored and consumed, EverCore is designed to help commercial and industrial customers improve the flexibility and utilization of their energy resources.

The INMETRO registration further strengthens the portfolio’s readiness for the Brazilian market and provides local customers and partners with greater confidence in deploying Solis energy storage solutions.

Strengthening Solis' Long-Term Commitment to Brazil

Solis has continued to expand its energy storage capabilities across global markets, with a focus on combining advanced technology, international standards and local market requirements.

In Brazil, the company will continue to expand its energy storage portfolio and local market support as demand for battery-based energy solutions develops.

The latest EverCore registration represents another step in Solis' long-term commitment to supporting Brazil’s transition toward a more flexible, resilient and renewable-powered energy system.
